What Months are Most Popular in Arizona?
In Arizona, the most popular birth months of the last 15 years were August with 122,895 births. September (122,133) and October (119,482) were the next closest. Considering Arizona’s Census population of 7,151,502, the combined totals of the three most popular months (364,510) represents a large portion of the state’s total population, with 5.1% born in those three months alone.
Of the states that border Arizona, Utah was the only one that didn’t have August as their most popular birth month, with the state having July as their No. 1 month. California, Colorado, New Mexico and Nevada all have the August as their top birth month.
